This is my take on the Google Data Analytics Capstone project. I am using Microsoft SQL Server with Microsoft Power BI to identify trends and patterns that helped the company increase its customer base and increase profitability.

Since 2022, the interest rates have been going higher and crossed the 2006 rate hike (pre-sub-prime mortgage crisis). I wanted to know the effect on UAE EIBOR and to see it through the years.
